WHEN YOU SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE POLICIES.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. In addition, valid credit card information must be saved to your profile in the event of a late rescheduling/cancellation request or "no show". Please familiarize yourself with my cancellation policy before booking.
Please be on time to your appointment. I will be able to optimize my time and you will receive the best results when you are on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Full Set and 90 minute touch up cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee while cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100%. Cancellations for all other services without 24 hours notice given will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee while “no shows” and cancellations within four hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100%.
Appointments booked online are the sole responsibility of the booker. Any appointments made online that are not rescheduled or cancelled within the cancellation time frames will be subject to the cancellation policy. Appointments can also be rescheduled or cancelled by calling/texting 425.429.9700 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the only way to cancel an appointment online is via the original appointment confirmation email that is generated when an appointment is booked. The booking system will not allow clients to cancel their appointment via said confirmation email with less than 48 hours notice. Please contact me if you need to cancel an appointment that is less than 48 hours away.
All appointment confirmations are made via email and/or text message. I do not make outgoing phone calls to confirm appointments. Please notify me if your email address or telephone number changes.
Sable Lash Lounge does not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for services rendered or products sold. In addition, Sable Lash Lounge does not offer refunds for cancellation fees charged in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
Due to safety/liability considerations and limited space, children may not accompany you to your appointment as I cannot assure their safety in a professional environment.
